Data Collection and Usage Terms

Any personal data collected by PetchipGlobal.com is submitted willingly by the pet keeper and will only be used for the sole purpose of reuniting lost pets with their keeper. We operate as a voluntary pet recovery service only.

This service is supplementary to, and does not replace, any mandatory microchip registration requirements in your jurisdiction. Pet keepers remain responsible for complying with all local pet identification laws and regulations.

Account changes or registration fees may vary based on current promotions. Any payment submitted by the pet keeper is for our pet recovery service only and is fully authorized by the pet keeper.

Service Limitations

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our service does not fulfill any legal requirements for pet microchip registration
  • We are not affiliated with any government agencies or official microchip databases
  • Pet keepers must separately register their pets with appropriate government-approved databases

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

The following terms shall have the following meanings:

Web Site means the website that you are currently using (Petchip Global) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. subdomain/Petchip Global) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

SERVICE COSTS AND FEES

By accepting these terms and conditions and after successful payment, you are instructing Petchip Global data processing team to process your application on your behalf. The fee structure charged is for the service of checking, preparing, and processing Petchip Global on your behalfand if for any reason you give wrong or incorrect informationour customer service team communicating with you to resolve any inaccuracy and facilitate Petchip Global correctly.

The fee structure charged for this service is based on the timeline you choose to complete Petchip Global. This choice is explained at the Payment Completion Page for you to elect. These charges may change without notice within these Terms and Conditions. The charges on the day of instructing services are those in the contract of service provision.

You undertake that all details you provide when ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit, debit, or charge card you are using is your own (or you have authority to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

Petchip Global its Owners and digital marketing agency shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly if the Users bank declines authorisation for any transaction.

REFUND & COMPLAINTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods purchased from this Site. However, as the Service You request is completed within 14 days you acknowledge and consent that by requesting Petchip Global Application processing that You waive Your right to cancel within the statutory 14-day period.
